It work with most of SRAM&Shimano sizes. Except Shimano SLX, Micro Splin Incompatible & SRAM XD,XDR, GX,X01,X11 incompatible.

Please make sure that you follow below steps:

1/ They go on the spindle - first the large combined block of cogs, then the remaining loose cogs.

2/ The cogs should be from largest (inside) to smallest (outside). Lide the new cassette onto the hub.

3/ Then slide the two loose cogs onto the hub. Make sure the cog with the least teeth goes on last.

4/Put on the lock ring and tighten clockwise. Arrange the installation according to the size of the cogs.

No, you do not need a customer account to place an order. You have the possibility to order as a guest.
If your order is not yet in the shipping process, it is possible to cancel, exchange or add items and change the delivery or billing address. You can inform us of your change request by e-mail ( or online chat. If you wish to cancel your order completely, this is also possible.
Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.
